The #Bloganuary prompt for today is to write a short story or poem about the rain.
Danger, Will Robinson!
The limerick you are about to read is why I shouldn’t write poetry.
A Colorado Dust Bowl Limerick
Eliza once sang that the rain
In Spain fell mainly on the plain.
On the Colorado plains,
It seldom rains,
So, I question her meteorological claim.
Until next time,
writing through history one romance upon a time
