I took this picture on July 15, 2021 with a cellphone.
This tree is a block from my house. When I walk by it, I stop and marvel at the twisted branch. I don’t know how long it’s been since that branch leafed-out, if it ever did. There hasn’t been a leaf on it in the two decades I’ve been walking past it.
I wonder why it grew that way.
