I don’t eat spoonfuls of ‘raw’ flour, but evidently I’ve been living on the edge all my life…a veritable baking risk-taker…a cooking rebel without a clue, because I eat cookie dough and cake batter, too.
With raw eggs.

Nope. It’s an all cooking-occasion wooden cutting board that I wash with hot, soapy water. 😉
I’m guessing you don’t have a separate cutting board for chicken, either. Neither do I. . . just saying, Claudia
